Install seamonkey- better

Seems the Debian repos will never have Seamonkey, and thus nor will the
(k)ubuntu repos which so far are mainly snapshots of Debian, who have
had a dispute with the mozilla open source team about, can you believe
it trademarks!
The seamonkey linux full installer runs fine in Kubuntu with
flash-plugin and does not crash direct from the mozilla-seamonkey website.
You best install it as root first though.
A little glitch in Kubuntu etch, it forgets :-( its monitor power saving
installed as administrator after rebooting each time.
Can this be fixed?
