Actually, I tried that and it didn't work (not for Kmail and Firefox,
anyway). I set the Hebrew shortcuts as alternative shortcuts, but
actually performing them had no effect.
I'd like for CTRL-AnythingInHebrew to be seen as CTRL-ItsEnglishEquivilent.
