Put this in your /etc/apt/sources.list and comment out your other
repositories. Then do "sudo apt-get update" and "sudo apt-get
dist-upgrade" (and hold on to your hat for a bumpy ride!)

# dapper repositories
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu dapper main restricted
multiverse universe
deb-src http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu dapper main restricted
multiverse universe
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu dapper-security main
restricted multiverse universe
deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu dapper-updates main restricted

I did this a week or so ago, and have not looked back. You have to
"update" & "dist-upgrade" everyday and tolerate some minor bugs, but
it's workable and fun!
