IBM TP T43 and Hibernate

Hi. Has anyone got Kubuntu 5.10 ( well, probably Ubuntu too ) to successfully 
come out from hibernation ?

It goes in OK, writes all the pages and then powers down, but on power on, it 
seems to have reloaded the pages, then ends with a message about must use 
swsusp=option must be specified ( or similar )

Any ideas ?

Same kind of system works OK on the T41.
