CUPS printing problem

I, too, am having problems with CUPS, although it did work at one time.
Here's what I get when I run the command 'sudo apt-get --reinstall
install cupsys':

Could you, or anyone, please point me where to go? I've tried
uninstalling anything related to CUPS and reinstalling, but this is
where it stops.
