good point. I totally agree.

But I also think that the mailing list lacks an important feature, namely,
you cannot search the mailing list. You can only browse through the
archive. If it had such a feature, you could probably perform such a
search on the subjects or on the message bodies (or both). Nevertheless
the subjects should be descriptive.
