problems with fish:/ (garbage collection)

Do you know when this process is terminated? I hope that upon closing the

...and (that's what I just found out) don't run a jail-shell where there
are no usernames and groups :-( In this scenario, fish doesn't work even
if the requirements stated in its documentation are met.

What I'd need for this would be an ftps KIO-slave, but I don't think there
is one, is there?
