~/.kde/share/config/superkarambarc

While you are in there, spend some time poking around the other files in 
~/.kde/share/config/*

There are *many* more configuration options in KDE that don't have a GUI to 
set them.  KConfigEditor is a program to help you set all these gui-less 
config options.
