How can I sync a PocketPC?

I'd really rather go with native linux apps. I left MS products for a
reason. And as far as access to the data goes, I'd rather _not_ have
to rely upon the same MS products in vmware that let me down in native
XP.

I guess that I should rephase the question: Has anybody successfully
synced a PocketPC with native linux apps? If so, would you mind
sharing your experience with me?
