It should be set up when you set your country,
but if you right click on the clock, click "Date & Time Format"
then click on the "Time & Dates" tab. Then you can change the Date
format and Short date format to something like:
Date format: WEEKDAY DD SHORTMONTH YYYY
Short date format: DD/MM/YY
