kcontrol bug

[Art Alexion]

I had this bug with KDE 3.4.3, and still have it with 3.5.1.

When I open kcontrol, it opens in a window occupying about 75% of the desktop.  
When I launch a component, say Sound & Multimedia, and the component dialog 
is larger than the kcontrol window, and I maximize kcontrol, the component 
dialog remains the original window size with the opening screen occupying the 
rest of the resized window.  The Show all/back button doesn't seem to do 
anything.  If I want to access a new component, I have to close kcontrol and 
start over.

This is a breezy problem that I did not have with hoary.
