dapper flight 5 CD for ppc too large!

I am trying to overburn the kubuntu CD, and the burning fails at the last 
sectors, so it doesn't fit on the 700 MB CDs that I have, overburning. Can't 
some fat application such as OpenOffice Draw and Math be put away 
temporarily, so we can at least test the rest? OR I'll edit the iso myself, 
if someone points at a nice tutorial on how to make my isos bootable.
