Where can I find the changelogs to the "ubuntuXY" updates of KDE?

So you say that this is not Aptitude that is buggy but the developpers ;-)

I hope so, even though sometimes I doubt of the necessity to download
every day about 100MB of upgrades. Because it doesn't seem to be
always so needed :-(
