Spell check in Kate

Sorry I didn't reply, I was away for a couple of days.
Kate should definetly be restarted and probably KDE too, when ever you
change something to do with language it's usually a good idea to let KDE
restart with the new settings. Also if you are using a non american vairient
you may consider getting the KDE translation for that language.
