Opera browser for dapper available?

Hi folks,

is there a package for the Opera web browser available already somewhere? I 
checked out opera's web site but the latest version they have is for Ubuntu 
5.10 Breezy Badger.

Given such a package, how would I install it? (Up to now I only used rpm on 
SuSE).
