killing kdm

[konrad kwaskiewicz]

problems with recoverying after
I did "killall kdm"

{I suppose kdm is desktop manager}
I did reboot many times but it's still the same

symptoms are:
1. kde don't see some installed programes(konqueror,adept,...)
2. desktop configuration does not work
    [when I enter "Configure desktop"
     there is just empty page]
3.my destop is bigger than the screen

I'm going to reinstall everything
if noone knows what to do with this
