Yup. You can insert the disc, then at a terminal emulator type "apt-cdrom add" 
and it should add the cdrom to your sources.list Then you can apt-cdrom 
dist-upgrade or something similar.

Sorry if I've missed something (again!) Hopefully someone can correct me if I
