Major problem playing dvd's

Thanks Tez,
this seems to help there was no libdvdread there was libdvdread3(installed)
and libdvdcss2(not installed) but now is, I try 2 dvd's on works the other 
still get the encrypted error,  READ the back of that dvd and notice that it 
said DUAL Layer format, hmm, I don't think my player can read that...

Oh, yes, I did add the deb http://packages.freecontrib.org/ubuntu/plf/ dapper 
free

To my sources.list.
