Need advice: ASUS Z92M 64x2

So it makes no much sense to buy an AMD Turion 64 x 2 thinking i will 
improve my computer performance because, at least at this moment, it is 
not true; i should work with 32 bit versions and wait for the coming of 
64 bit versions in the (near?) future.
