It supports it as much as Konqueror does. Technically, Konqueror is the
only thing you should need, since it can do anything, however, since
people don't ever use W3C validated HTML, firefox and its more
resilient rendering engine has a much better time.
And KMail does support the sending of HTML messages, though why you'd
need to is a total mystery to me.
