Aptitude Update Issues

I get these listings in the update output:

The rest of the output is quite normal and I don't
know just what the above is telling me. I've had
trouble with the cipherfunk.org mirror since day one
and visiting the site said it's not yet completed. If
so, why does Kubuntu list it as a mirror for
multimedia. I would like to get a newer version of
mozilla-mplayer-3.17 but don't know if its because of
the cipherfunk mirror or because that's all Kubuntu
has to offer. This relates to not being able to run
embedds with mozilla browser.
About the Hit and IGN messages, why do I get these and
what is it telling me? Is there something wrong with
the mirror? I'm using the source-o-matic generated
sources.list. Appreciate any enlightenment anyone can
offer.
