Adept Manager not working

There is no firefox under my internet but Adept Manager shows it is
installed.....how do I get it  on my desktop or panel

Click on the K menu, go to Internet, right click the firefox menu entry
and select "Add Item to Desktop" or "Add Item to Main Panel".
If you want to do that with a whole menu, the procedure is the same
except you right click on the menu instead.
