Package changelogs

Now if someone can explain why apt-listchanges now insists (under edgy) on
showing all my changelogs on the terminal where I'm running aptitude and
then mailing them to me, instead of _just_ mailing them...  It's configured
to <mail> the logs, not to use <pager>.
