Yes (one for ODT is

 They're fairly trivial to create.  Remember, these programs typically
aren't taking advantage of vulnerabilities in the encryption.  They're
just going through random (perhaps first trying dictionary words and/or
prefixes if they're smart) password after password until they find the
right one.

I was assuming the user chooses from 26 letters + 10 digits in order to
get a "complex" password.
