Well it's stupid that they require end-users to configure VPNs for their 
networks, and/or custom proprietary software.  They should give you an 
appliance device--like cable companies do--that you rent or buy to connect to 
their network.  Networks--particularly higher bandwidth networks--should be 
simple for end-users.  Plug the wire in, good to go.
