Superkaramba on startup

Did you look to see if they started on another virtual desktop?  Also it may 
be, just a thought, start at a location on your current desktop outside the 
boundaries of your monitor...i.e. desktop is set to 1440x900 and monitor is 
using 1024x768 mode.

Yes I have seen this before....It wasn't very easy to sort it all out and 
unfortunately I can not remember all of the steps.
