No? Then why on earth does kubuntu-desktop insist on installing
kdebluetooth? Now, I know next to nothing about bluetooth, but the System
Settings certainly seem to have tools intended to do exactly what the user
asked.

Nobody has suggested discussing phone hacking. At this point, he wants to
be able to do by bluetooth, what he can already do by USB - and KDE is
definitely involved here.
