Oh, the memories. I went on a quest like this for the Z25, with alien and 
everything.  I published a recipe that worked, briefly, and I've had people 
coming to me for help for years afterwards.

I got lucky, but I was a one trick pony.  I never got it to work again, for 
me, or anybody else, and I finally destroyed the thing with great gleeful 
delight.

Do you want to be the Lexmark Z645 poster boy for rest of the life of your 
email address?

Want to borrow a sledge hammer?  Smashing Lexmark printers is really fun!

But good luck anyway!  You have a different printer, a different set of 
circumstances, and maybe the experience won't destroy your optimism bone the 
way it did mine.

Maybe.
