I see two recommendations already. I am a big Quanta fan and use it for
all of my development. It, however, is not like Frontpage. There is no
visual development component. KompoZer is what used to be NVU before
Linspire ceased development of it. I have not used it in a while but it
was not bad when I did. It appears that it is still a project in
development, which is good.

If you are looking for visual development, I would say that KompoZer is
your best (only?) choice. If you want a good HTML/PHP editor, I would
recommend Quanta, hand's down.

Sometimes I wonder. Were our faith able to stand upright and look around, would it be looking down at the mustard seed or standing in awe of the height and breadth of it.
