Not was, is.  I only have one machine using kubuntu, 6.06 LTS.  Its running my 
milling machine via emc.  There are enough differences between buntu and 
fedora that I need to keep a hand in on both sides of the fence.  This list 
has only maybe 5% of the traffic that the fedora list has, but generally 
speaking, the quality of the discussion is better (even when we're wildly off 
topic) here.  The fedora list is a bit quick to hand out the RTFM's IMO.
