Broken konqueror (actually kfmclient)

That would be a good idea - but the associations are actually correct.  I
can add a new action in klipper to open urls with "konqueror %s", and it
works but always opens a new instance.   "kfmclient exec %s" is the correct
command (or at least used to be) but I can't even run that in konsole.
