I posted early in this thread and have only followed it loosely since. 
Amongst the fist waving and general spittle there seem to have really 
only been two serious answers to the OP.

If you are looking for visual development, KompoZer is your best (only?) 
choice
If you want a good HTML/PHP editor, Quanta is probably your best choice.

Seeing as the OP mentioned a "Frontpage" like application, I would guess 
he is looking for a visual development environment. If so. then there 
really is only one choice.

Sometimes I wonder.  Were our faith able to stand upright and look around, would it be looking down at the mustard seed or standing in awe of the height and breadth of it.
