KDE4 RC2 observations

I hope as well, hence the reason for my post.

According to my installation it was not needed.

Some conofigurations were present. 1. plasma was configurable with what was 
somewhat like the advanced desktop effects configs.
2. Kmenu was configureable, although I had as I said too many apps listed, I 
did find the correct menu customization app, and it did appear to work.

I have at least for now uninstalled kde4 to get my main (3.5.8) back up and in 
good shape.
It wasn't really that bad getting it back in shape, as I do like to play 
around with the beta stuff some, I am usually prepared to do such, but I hope 
there were just some oversights that made this a problem. 

I would like to install it again, as I think it is that much better than rc1 
and would like to really get used to it, and exp. some more  with it. 

I wonder what the kdepim problems are as I see it wont be released with the 
kde4 release..
