Upgrade to Fiesty

The way I updated to Herd 2 was the same way I always update, change your
sources.list to point to Feisty instead of edgy. "dist-upgrade" will not
update your system, you need a special command (iirc, kdesu "dist-manager
-c" but that's probably wrong and to be used when Feisty is actually
released.
