Dapper LTS boot failure

Hi, MKR,
No, I shut the computer down last night and it seemed to shut off
normally. When I turned it on this morning, the trouble occurred and
rebooting doesn't help. I switched back to an older laptop with RedHat
8 until I can fix Kubuntu.
