Those are all official repositories (ubuntu.com) so that's ok, so you 
have the 1st two options I said.
You should either go to <http://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+filebug> and 
report the problem as a bug, or wait for a while (a day or two) and see 
if the problem resolves itself.
