KDE upgrade

I got the link for upgrading KDE to 3.5.7 for Kubuntu and did it on one
computer.
Can I get the link for KDE 3.5.7 for Ubuntu 7.04 ?  Also can the KDE Desktop
be obtained for Ubuntu which has the Gnome as default.
