Speeding up KDE -- More Help Needed

I think you are missing something. No matter how good you are at Windows you
still can't fix it because you don't have the source. You can't add to it.
And you can't speed it up.
Sure more noobs means more noob questions and some will stay noobs no matter
what you say or do but some will become super users. LOL.
