How to fix error messages when starting OpenOffice oowriter.

Ok, I get the same error messages but I never start OO from a Konsole window
so I never saw them before (and didn't know -gasp- that anything was wrong).
So why are you worried about this if everything is working ok? And why are
you starting OO from a Konsole window?
Ignore it.
