System → Administration → Networking???

I was just reading the docs on networking from this link.
https://help.ubuntu.com/7.04/internet/C/networking.html

It says to configure my networking I should select System → Administration →
Networking. After I select System, I don't see an option for Administration.

Anybody know how I configure my networking? Am I missing something?
