Where is the "Administrator" button?

Hi! I have recently installed KDM theme manager. Now when I select KDM theme 
Manager in System Settings -> Appearance, it says that I need root privileges 
to change the settings by clicking the "Administrator" button below, but 
there is no such button. No button, no scroll bar...
