Skype telephone giveaway- but not for Linux users

Dear Bruce,

Was this in response to my post objecting to advertising on the forum.
Shoot, I want to get along. If that is the way it should be, let it be. I
just thought it was a little much when the first 10 postings were selling
telephones or something by someone who did not care about Linux issues.
Then there was a posting by someone who needed help and another sales pitch
following that. I just added one of them to my junk mail filter because the
same person placed the same sales pitch several times in a row and I had to
erase them one by one because of how I set up my incoming mail. I really
appreciate you, Bruce; you helped me solve some frustrating problems. So if
you want that on the forum, I will support you. I shouldn't be complaining
about anything anyway. I haven't earned a place here yet. I think you are
terrific to help so many people so often. Have a wonderful day and an even
better tomorrow. Steven Vollom, artist

Who's taking your freedom away? You have a choice to use proprietary
software or not. That's freedom of choice.

There's nothing Skype can do to take freedom from you. Just don't use their
software.
