kfax and KDE fax printer combo works nicely. It's a little tricky, but it
does work. I've used it extensively for things like expense reports and
such. Just hit Ctrl-P and select "Send to Fax" in pretty much any KDE
program, or you could just fire up kfax and manage it there. It's very
simple. I have to use an external modem for my faxing. Remember to avoid
winmodems.
