Thanks Myriam,

That is encouraging :-)

I already have a desktop AMD64 and don't miss 'Flash' much at all.
The reason that I was considering the Acer is that the price is really good but I 
will keep in mind what you said about Intel.

I'm not in a hurry as I intend to wait until Feisty Fawn is released - it's meant 
to have better support for laptops.
