I don't know what it uses in windows, but there used to be -- might still 
be -- a package (something like) qt-gtk-theme that used all the qt stuff for 
gtk apps.  

I'm working with a fresh install here at work and don't know if it is part of 
the default install or you have to add it.  You configure it via kcontrol.
