I don't know, but it was one of the things I discovered a year or so ago,
when people kept suggesting something was in System Settings, and I'd
say "I don't have one of those...", then somebody mentioned the "Advanced"
tab - and I saw the tab for the first time!  In my defence, my System
Settings really were screwed up, and I could click on some icons and get an
error message, but still...
