Can't remove gnome install.

Thanks Luís, that certainly seems to have removed lots of gnome stuff! :-)

It seems a little strange though, because I'm sure there are things which 
ubuntu-desktop pulls in, which are still around.... There should really be a 
cleaner way of doing this IMO.
