If you want to share your main desktop (:0):
- install x11vnc and vnc-common
- Create a password
$ vncpasswd
- Add the following line to the file /etc/kde3/kdm/Xsetup

//usr/bin/x11vnc -forever -rfbport 5900 -bg -o /var/log/x11vnc.log 
-rfbauth /home/jordi/.vnc/passwd/

(this one is for my user)
