It's not that simple - when someone complains that a tool doesn't work, and
they're not using it right, they need a little reeducation.  If you can't
hit a nail, because you're pounding on it with the claw end of the hammer,
you do a lot of damage.  If you trash Ubuntu because you've removed an
important piece of software and can't get a non-standard app to work, you
damage Ubuntu's reputation.  Ubuntu's not without its bugs - and Network
manager in particular - but we have to deal with _those_ not the bugs in
alternate packages from universe/multiverse, which are explicitly not
Ubuntu supported.
