Not relevant.  Follow his instructions.  I don't even know what Streamtuner 
is, and I have it playing internet radio stuff (apparently?) with Amarok.

Makes no difference.  Getting Streamtuner to use Amarok instead of XMMS is 
ridiculously easy.  Please read his instructions again.
